The color is an elegant golden straw yellow with amber highlights. Its aromas reveal an exotic fruitiness yellow peach, plum, pineapple and honey with floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is seductive and generous, combining intensity with roundness, fullness with suppleness, followed by a lively crisp finish to reveal the magical balance of champagne.
Creamy, with caramel tones in the flavor spectrum, along with apricot, grapefruit and a touch of mineral. The mousse is assertive, helped along by a chalky feel on the finish.
Dom Perignon is a refined version of rose; finely bubbled with wisps of chalk and cherries; notes of creamy yeast and engaging minerality; brilliantly crafted wine.
Dom Pérignon vintages are released after 7 years of ageing. A small portion of each vintage is kept on the lees even longer, to continue the evolution and magnify its natural qualities. Only one person the Dom Pérignon cellar master can decide if and when to re-release a vintage. The P2 label indicates that the vintage has reached its second peak in maturity, with optimized intensity.
A beautiful shade of yellow, with touches of pink and gold. The bubbles are fine and very effervescent. On the nose the Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec is soft and pleasingly mature, reminiscent of crystallized fruit and patisserie. The nose is well balanced with wonderful depth. On the palate the wine is remarkably full, rounded and mature with intense fruit, suggesting ripe fruit or fruit tarts. The additional fullness brought by the extra sweetness is nicely balanced by the fresh finish. As this wine is more rounded than the traditional Brut Carte Jaune, it goes well with a variety of dishes: fish in particular and even some desserts that are not over sweet. Needless to say it is a delicious wine to drink on its own at any time of the day or night.
At first the nose reveals the sweet, gentle notes of chestnut, coconut and fresh bread. This biscuity side to the wine very quickly gives way to the aromas of flowers (iris, lily-of-the valley and the flowers of Seville orange trees) and citrus fruits (bergamot and citron). Just beneath the surface several mineral (wet rock and flint) and iodised saline notes make an appearance. On the palate this vintage is initially direct but silky, sustained by mineral notes. The ephemeral nature of the Dom Ruinart is then revealed through citrus fruit freshness with touches of gentian. The very long finish is characterized by grapefruit and kumquat zest notes with just the slightest hints of salinity.
Golden yellow to the eye with tinges of jade green. The sparkle is gentle, elegant and sustained. On the nose there are citrus hints and rich fruit aromas of white peach and apricot. These lengthen into notes of vanilla, dried fruits and honey. On the palate, the complex fusion of fresh fruit and caramel point to the wines inherent quality. Gentle acidity, sparkle thats ample but not overbearing and an unusually long-lasting taste are the hallmarks of a balanced finish, consistent and multi-faceted.

Has a copper color, toasty aromas, firm texture and subtle fruit and spice flavors that linger on the finish.Harmonious assemblage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.Color : rosé with shades of copper.Aroma : lively, expressive, dominated by the scent of wild strawberries.Palate : full-bodied, zestful, assertive fruitiness.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs embodies purity of the Chardonnay grapes from which it is made exclusively. Made primarily with Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs, it is intensely aromatic. The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. The palate is both precise and clean as the wine delivers a radiant balance between roundness and smoothness.
A wonderful combination of serenity and generosity. Notes of black currant and coffee lead to a vigorous, slightly aniseed and deliciously astringent finish. From an extraordinary year and an incomparable fruit, Moet & Chandon has created an ambitious, confident champagne. A wine that happily asserts its elegant structure, its spectacular solidity, and its sunny personality.
The Grand Vintage is an extraordinary wine, offering from the very first encounter, all round pleasure that is completely seductive. This vintage is splendidly free, tremendously assertive, distinguished yet delightfully spirited and mischievous.
